Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are. These terms govern services provided by B33 Creative ("we," "us"), based in Lubbock, Texas. By booking a project or buying a product, you agree to them.

2. Services & scope. Each project's deliverables, timeline, and price are set out in the quote we send and agree on before work begins. Work outside that scope may change the price or timeline.

3. Payment & deposits. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to reserve your project; the balance is due on delivery / before final files are released. Final masters and files are delivered once payment is complete.

4. Revisions. Your project includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at by quote.

5. Ownership & rights. You own the rights to your songs and master recordings once final payment is made. We retain the right to display finished work in our portfolio and to credit our role in the production, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the rights to any material you send us (songs, samples, lyrics, artwork) and that our work for you won't infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Cancellation. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

8. Liability. We deliver our work to professional standards, but to the fullest extent allowed by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.

Refund & Cancelation Policy

Production & services. Project deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve studio time and cover work begun. If you cancel mid-project, you're responsible for work completed up to that point; any balance for unstarted work may be refunded at our discretion.
